Lokesh Kanagaraj opens up on his LCU plans and Leo 2!
In a recent interview to Sudhir Srinivasan, Lokesh Kanagaraj has opened up on his plans for the LCU, a universe formula that he started off with Kaithi. “Kaithi2 will be the next in the LCU, and also my immediate next film. After that, it will be Vikram 2 which will be another important film as there is a story to be told. And then, it will be Leo 2, which should happen next. I am also in talks with Suriya sir for a long time, for Rolex, which will be a separate film,” said the director.
Also, Lokesh said that, “His personal pick to join hands with Thalapathy Vijay yet again is Master 2 even though the fans are in love with LCU’s important character Leo. The director has clear plot for Master 2 and also revealed that even Vijay is aware of it”. Lets see what’s cooking for the duo in the years to come.
Lokesh is all set to hit the deck with Kaithi2’s shoot, which should take off by the end of this year itself. Let’s wait and watch out for Coolie next, which is an exciting film on cards releasing on 14th August.
